At our massage therapy center, our primary focus is providing exceptional on-site massage treatments. However, we also offer Wangprom balm for purchase. Below are the details of our shipping policy for this specific product.

1. On-Site Massage Services

  • Service Location: All massage services are performed on-site at our therapy center. Clients must schedule their appointments in advance and visit our location for their treatments.
  • In-Person Pickup: Products, such as the Wangprom balm, can also be purchased and picked up in person during your visit to our massage therapy center. There are no shipping charges for products picked up on-site.

2. Shipping for Wangprom Balm

  • Shipping Availability: Wangprom balm can be shipped domestically. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Order Processing: All orders for Wangprom balm are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Times: Domestic shipping times are estimated to be within 5-7 business days. These are estimated delivery times and can vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Wangprom balm, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
