By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

  • Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly via email at zz.mwsmornington@gmail.com.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. Conduct and Behaviour

Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment
  • Threatening speech or behavior
  • Sexual advances or requests
  • Disrespectful actions or language

A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

4. Health and Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the massage session. This information helps us tailor our services to your needs and ensure your safety.
  • Hygiene: We maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Clients are expected to observe personal hygiene as well.

5. Liability

  • Service Quality: We strive to provide the highest quality of service. However, individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • Injuries: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, we are not liable for any injuries sustained during the massage session unless caused by negligence on our part.
  • Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to the appointment.

6. Confidentiality

7. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and cash.
  • Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service. For online bookings, a credit card may be required to secure the appointment.
  • Late Payments: If payment is not received within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to charge interest or take necessary actions to recover the dues.
